We do not collect or store complete bank account numbers, routing numbers, or full credit or debit card details on our servers. Card payments are processed by Square (or another processor we designate). Venmo and similar apps process payments on their platforms. We may store only confirmation details needed for your account (such as amount, method, and reference).

2A. Referrals, Promo Codes, and Pricing Notices

If you indicate that a neighbor referred you, we may store the referrer’s customer number and phone with your record to validate referral rewards. We track paid service counts and related program status so we can unlock or expire one-time thank-you discounts fairly. We may email you when intro pricing is ending, when a referral reward is ready, or when other account pricing rules change. You can contact us to correct referral or account details.

3. Service Area

Our primary service area includes Livonia, Canton, and surrounding communities in Southeastern Michigan. Information you submit helps us determine service availability, pricing, routing, and scheduling for your property.
